You can also try opening the password reset link in an incognito page (or clear the browser’s cache).

How do I customize the install?

We’ve rolled new version of the installers, which will allow users to customize the installto .

On macOS, you’ll need to select the customize button on the button of the installation type screen and then select which formats you do or do not want.

On Windows, you will be prompted on the main screen of the formats you want to install.

Note, this feature won’t be fully integrated with all products until the end of September.

I can’t find a license in my account. Can you help?

Yes, we can help. If you have an issue with finding installers after a purchase, then email us here.

If you are a new customer, then at checkout a new account will be created for you, which will link the purchase to the account, but it’s not always perfect.

I am having an issue in Pro Logic. Can you help?

As of now, our plug-ins operate in stereo. In order to load a Gooey effect on to one of your tracks the track must be in stereo mode.

What is a Gooey Insider, and how do I become one?

Gooey insiders are people who are tipped off on insider deals, such as early product releases, giveaways, and other Gooey goodies.

To become an insider, you must have previously purchased a Gooey plug-in (or participated in a Gooey giveaway).

Once that’s happened, the email on file will be periodically sent an insider offer that contains details on how, when, and where to find the Gooey insider deals.

Of course, if you don’t want to receive the periodic e-mails (once every month or so), then you can always opt out – no hard feelings.
