Yes, we can help. If you are stuck in an infinite loop, then email us here.

You can also try opening the password reset link in an incognito page (or clear the browser’s cache).

How do I customize the install?

We’ve rolled new version of the installers, which will allow users to customize the installation.

On macOS, you’ll need to select the customize button at the bottom of the screen and then select which formats you do or do not want.

On Windows, you will be prompted on the main screen for the formats you want to install.

I can’t find a license in my account. Can you help?

Yes, we can help. If you have an issue with finding installers after a purchase, then email us here.

If you are a new customer, then at checkout, you will need an account, this will link your purchases to an account profile and store links to the latest installers + serial numbers.

I am having an issue in Pro Logic. Can you help?

As of now, our plug-ins operate in stereo. In order to load a Gooey effect on to one of your tracks the track must be in stereo mode.

What is a Gooey Insider, and how do I become one?

Gooey insiders are people who are in on the insider deals, such as early product releases, giveaways, and other Gooey goodies.

Typically, the Insider deals provide leveraged access to products either early release or at a lower price than the public.

To become an insider, you must have previously purchased a Gooey plug-in.

Once that’s happened, the email on file will be periodically sent offers that contain details on how, when, and where to find the Gooey insider deals.

What is the license policy?

We provide one license to be used five times.
