No problem.  We keep the plug-ins stored in your my-account page to protect our products from bots. With that being said, you are not obligated to provide any contact information you do not wish to share. However, you will need to provide some information to create an account and download the product.

Can I try it first?

You sure can. Try our products free of charge for three days, then you will need to purchase a license.

What is the license policy?

One license provides full access to our product for one user. Perpetual licenses provide access to the product forever, which include updates, bug fixes, additional factory presets, and more. The licenses are non-transferable, but if you need to change machines, then we are happy to assist with helping you move.

I want to buy a license, but I’m not convinced…yet.

Thanks for your interest. We have taken great care in perfecting our products to be the best they can be. We stand behind our product(s), and use them ourselves. If you are dissatisfied for any reason within the first 30 days then we will refund the money. No questions asked.

I purchased I license. What comes next?

(1) When you purchase a license you will receive a license via e-mail.

(2) Next you will need to download the plugin.

(3) Proceed checkout.

(4) checkout and download the app.

(5) After you’ve installed Apotheca enter the activation code.
