What is a Gooey Insider, and how do I become one?

Gooey insiders are people who are tipped off on insider deals, such as early product releases, giveaways, and other Gooey goodies.

To become an insider, you must have previously purchased a Gooey plug-in (or participated in a Gooey giveaway).

Once that’s happened, the email on file will be periodically sent an insider offer that contains details on how, when, and where to find the Gooey insider deals.

I am unable to reset my password.

If you need to reset your password, and a password reset link is not being sent to your e-mail, or sending the account in an infinite loop, first try opening the password reset link in an incognito page (or clear the browser’s cache).

Why do the plug-in(s) not show up in Pro Logic?

As of now, our plug-ins operate in stereo. In order to load a Gooey effect on to one of your track the track must be in stereo mode.

Why are there duplicates of presets in my plug-in?

[only applicable for installs before 5.21.2025]

If you open a plug-in up and see duplicate presets, then go to your users music directory, and remove the duplicate presets

I purchased I license. What comes next?

When you purchase a license, the license will be deposited into your account. 

Download the installers.

(4) Input the license code to unlock the plug-in.

What is the license policy?

One license provides full access to our product for one user. Perpetual licenses provide access to the product forever, which include updates, bug fixes, additional factory presets, and more. The licenses are non-transferable, but if you need to change machines, then we are happy to assist with helping you move.
