Payment processing.

We pride ourselves in our work and enjoy software development first and foremost. We want to share our work with you, so you can make more music (and so we can in turn, listen to more music).

With that being said, we do not store credit card information on our website, and all transactions are completed through a secure payment portal, such as PayPal.

If a payment was ever made in error, or you are unsatisfied with a purchase (within the first 14 days), then you can contact us, and we will reverse the charges.

Plugin certification.

All Gooey products are registered and signed with a certificate authority. If you are on Windows, then the installers and plug-ins will be signed with Certum (a recognized CA with Windows). If you are on macOS, then the installers and plug-ins will be signed and stapled with Apple. 

If Windows Defender throws a false positive on the installer or plug-ins, then please let us know (here), and the application can also be submitted for testing with Microsoft (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/wdsi/filesubmission).
